  I wish I could be more complimentary as the staff were really lovely however my dog came home being very naughty, stealing food and acting vey strange after being in this kennel. This was her second time in a kennel and the first time we took her to a different one she was fine. Second time she was very depressed and was stealing food for months after being in the kennel. I thought it was the fact that we had to leave her and go away, however recently we were away again and I decided to take her back to the first kennel we used and she came home fine. I observed that in the other kennel the dogs were not facing each other when being in their cages, there was also less constant barking. In Old Beams the cages are facing each other with a corridog in between so I assume the barking at each other is constant non stop and not sure but seems that it must have affected my dog's behaviour or nervous system in a bad way, as I am sure my dog was well looked after there by the staff, but the circumstances were not ideal for us.

  Been using Old Beams for 11 years and the service is faultless. The staff know our dog by name, his tails wags when he gets there and we know he is being well looked after. The staff there are great, the welfare of the animals always comes first and I can't recommend them enough.
